ACSA Via Maris II Residential Complex (Granollers)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The ACSA Via Maris II Residential project, located in Granollers and promoted by Sorigué, consists of the creation of a high-performance communal swimming area within a landmark residential development.
The intervention has been designed as a communal aquatic space that adds value to the residential complex, with a surface area of 84 m² carefully designed to balance contemporary design, functionality and comfort.
One of the most distinctive elements of the project is the use of a large-format porcelain tile finish, enhancing visual continuity and providing an elegant, minimalist and highly durable surface for daily use.
Additionally, an architectural lighting system using underwater LED strips has been integrated, transforming the water experience with lighting effects that add depth, atmosphere and identity to the space.
The execution has been fully developed by our team, ensuring attention to every construction detail to achieve a final result aligned with the architectural level of the residential complex and the exclusivity of the homes.
