Structure We distinguish between the hardness and durability of two structures, either built from stainless steel AISI 304 or from black painted epoxy steel.

Features Of standard dimensions 1400 / 1800 / 2400 mm. (custom-made manufacture is possible) Of standard dimensions 1500 / 2000 / 3000 mm. (custom-made manufacture is possible)
  Built with stainless steel frame (AISI 304) or with black painted epoxy steel of dimensions 30x30x1,5 mm electrically welded, with PVC end caps which aisle the structure from the ground.
  Two boards for seating of 160 x 13 mm, two for the shoe rack, one for the back, one for the hanger, and two for the handbag rack of 100 x 13 mm made from phenolic resins. Three boards for seating of 95 x 22 mm, two for the shoe rack, one for the back, one for the hanger, and two for the handbag rack of 70 x 20 mm made from tabebuia wood (ipé).
  Polished edges and rounded corners. Delivered with oil treatment.
  Stainless steel screws A-2 AISI 304, 18/10 flat head DIN-603 in boards with frame.
  Four stainless steel hangers AISI 316 per linear meter
  We adapt the bench to fit your needs.
Technical data Standard quality D-S2, d0, norm EN 13501-1. Maximum arrow 0,5 mm, density 1,45g/cm3 according to the norm DIN 53479. Water absorption < 3%, norm EN 438-2. Possible under request: B-S2, d0 (ExM1) according to EN 13501-1. The Tabebuia wood (ipé) has excellent conditions to be located either outdoors or indoors. Its really low saturation coefficient and high density determine a very limited movements of expansion and contraction, and in consequence a risk of fissure among the lowest known, with a density of 510 kg, drying of 12 - 15% and a medium hardness of 40N/mm2. All of the foregoing with a finish that is fine and warm.
