Constructed in sandwich form with a 2.5-3 + 33 + 2.5-3 mm structure.
Two 2.5-3 mm compact phenolic panels over a 33 mm rigid expanded polystyrene core with density 30 and MDF reinforcements in delicate areas (lock -spring-bottom), glued and pressed with a 25 mm compact phenolic perimeter frame closure.
Option with extruded aluminum frame in two telescopic pieces, STAFF model, allowing coverage between 80 and 290 mm, with different profile combinations, finished with rubber perimeter seals for a perfect fit with walls.
Option also available with frame, leaves and trims in 12 mm compact phenolic
Four stainless steel hinges per door, aluminum/stainless steel handle with the requested lock.
For installation of STAFF doors, the use of a wooden subframe with specific measurements is recommended.

Large and custom-made doors

We manufacture all types of sizes, standard or not, as well as large and custom-made doors. We always carry out a prior study with the client to evaluate the space and determine the type of door required for each installation.

Swing doors

Doors can also be classified according to their closing or movement type. Thus, we manufacture typical restaurant swing doors, but they are also very useful in other installations. This type of door is particularly suitable for preventing contagion or disease transmission, as they do not require manual use to open, thus avoiding direct hand contact.

If phenolic material is already ideal for sanitary installations thanks to its antibacterial properties, resistance to cleaning products and disinfection, and its non-porous surface, the use of swing doors further reduces the risk of contagion between people.

Sliding doors

This type of door, which we also manufacture and install where required, is characterized by sliding along a guide instead of opening with hinges. These sliding doors allow for an interesting redistribution of interior space design.

Solid or porthole passage doors

The doors we manufacture can have different features to better adapt to any installation or functionality. We manufacture passage doors with large portholes that, unlike solid doors, allow visibility through them, which is very useful in situations requiring maximum safety and avoiding collisions between people on the other side, such as in nurseries, schools, hospital waiting rooms and other facilities.
