We have completed the full renovation of the rooftop swimming pool at H10 Montcada Hotel, an exclusive hotel pool modernization project carried out in the heart of Barcelona’s historic city center. The intervention optimized the available rooftop space, creating a contemporary swimming area that combines design, functionality, and a unique guest experience.
Despite the structural and load-bearing constraints inherent to an urban rooftop, the project included the installation of a new 18 m² surface pool designed in accordance with H10 Hotels’ quality and aesthetic standards. The result is a stylish rooftop pool that integrates seamlessly with the hotel’s architectural environment while enhancing one of its most iconic spaces.
Rooftop Pool with Panoramic Views of Barcelona’s Skyline
One of the project’s most distinctive features is the installation of a structural glass front panel that allows guests to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Barcelona’s skyline directly from inside the pool. This architectural solution enhances the feeling of openness and transforms swimming into a unique visual experience in the heart of the city.
The pool has been finished with high-quality glass mosaic tiles and features an integrated perimeter bench that runs along three of its four sides, providing a comfortable relaxation area within the pool itself. This configuration maximizes guest comfort while reinforcing the exclusive character of the space.
