PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Claror fitness and spa club, at its Claror Marítim gym in the Vila Olímpica of Barcelona, has renovated its Premium women's locker room facilities to offer, in a single space, more room and equipment: lockers, showers, adapted cubicles, bathrooms, and countertops.
Supplied equipment
After having equipped other centers of the Fundació Privada Claror (Claror Sardenya and Claror Cartagena), STAFF Grup Sedó also renovated the Premium women's locker rooms of the Claror Marítim gym in the Vila Olímpica de la Barceloneta.
For the renovation of the women's locker rooms at the gym, the following equipment was manufactured, assembled, and supplied:
- Phenolic lockers with 2 doors, enhanced with lower and side plinths in the same wood color. As a result, we achieved an aesthetic finish and outstanding structural rigidity.
- Locker locking system with key and supply of wristbands for keys
- Set of showers separated by C2 model cubicles, and a new adapted cubicle with shower and toilet.
- Set of double benches with shoe rack, backrest, and coat racks (model BF3) and wall coat racks (model BF6)
Wood color phenolic board
The wood color used in the phenolic material of each and every installed piece of equipment—lockers, benches, partitions, cubicles, etc.—gave the warmth that every user expects to find in a locker room, while also providing a superior level of quality to the facilities as a whole.
In contrast, white phenolic boards were used for the wall cladding and the countertops where sinks, mirrors, and hand dryers were placed.
