PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Alongside the construction of the swimming pools at Camping Boltaña project, the bathrooms were also renovated through the installation of sanitary cubicles and phenolic countertops, providing a completely renewed image of the facilities for many years to come.
C-7 CUBICLES AND SCREENS
The STAFF C-7 cubicle model for toilets and showers is built with 12 mm phenolic panels. The phenolic material offers the ideal properties, highly valued among campsite users and owners, for this type of facility:
- It is fireproof and waterproof for everyone’s safety.
- It has a non-porous, antibacterial surface.
- Resistant to wear and impact, offering great durability.
- Repels dirt, thus facilitating maintenance and cleaning.
- It is resistant to cleaning products and disinfection, maintaining its original color, style, and design.
- Unlike other materials, it is unaffected by humidity.
A sober, dark brown color was chosen to combine with the light tones of the other materials used in the installation: walls, floor, ceiling…
Once manufactured at our Vacarisses facilities, they are supplied and assembled with STAFF vertical and horizontal aluminum profiles in matte silver finish, without wall rosettes, hinges without spring, knobs, locks with free/occupied indicator, adjustable feet, and AISI 304 stainless steel screws.
These structures are assembled at a height of 1840 + 150 mm, under standard quality D-S2,d0 according to EN 13501-1.
There is also the option, upon request, of quality B-S2,d0 (Ex M1) according to EN 13501-1. Max deflection 5.0 mm, density 1.45 g/cm³ according to DIN 53479, water absorption < 3% according to EN 438-2.
COUNTERTOPS
Manufacture, supply, and installation of straight STAFF countertops in phenolic material of the same style and color as the cubicles, thus ensuring the same hygiene and durability guarantees.
These countertops are manufactured with a standard depth of 600 mm, using an upper plinth and lower apron in 12–13 mm phenolic with a height of 100 mm. The sink holes are CNC machined according to the requested model. All edges are beveled. Fixed with polyurethane adhesive and screws on a structure of AISI 304 stainless steel or black epoxy-painted steel, 30×30×1.5 mm tube and 6 mm plate fixed to the wall with AISI 304 stainless steel screws.
Does not include sink fixing or faucet holes.
