Like many other large retail spaces, shopping centers such as EPIZEN attract a large number of people every day who use their facilities. To serve and accommodate this demanding public, materials are required that can remain unchanged over time, resistant to humidity, impacts, as well as cleaning and disinfection products.

The material that meets these properties and other equally important ones (fireproof, dirt-repellent, antibacterial, and with a non-porous surface) is phenolic material.

C-7 cubicles and partition screens for WC

The STAFF C-7 cubicle model for showers and WC is built with 12mm compacted phenolic resin sheets. Phenolic material offers the ideal properties, highly valued among owners and users of shopping centers and other large spaces with a high daily flow of people who use them:

•  It is waterproof and, upon request, can be fireproof for everyone's safety.
•  With a non-porous antibacterial surface.
•  It is resistant to wear and impact, offering great durability.
•  Repels dirt, making cleaning and maintenance easier.
•  Its resistance to cleaning and disinfection products allows it to maintain its original color, style, and design.
•  Unlike other materials, such as wood or melamine, it is not affected by humidity.

A combination of sober colors was chosen: dark brown for the side panels and light gray for the doors, similar to the colors of the other materials used in the installation: walls, floor, ceiling…

They were manufactured in our facilities in Vacarissas, province of Barcelona. Then, they are transported and assembled with horizontal and vertical aluminum STAFF profiles in matte silver finish, without wall rosettes, hinges without spring, knobs, locks with free/occupied indicator, adjustable feet, and AISI 304 stainless steel screws.

These structures are assembled at a height of 1840 + 150 mm, under standard quality D-S2,d0 EN 13501-1.

There is also the possibility, upon request, of quality B-S2,d0 (Ex M1) EN 13501-1, Max deflection 5.0 mm, density 1.45g/cm3 DIN 53479, Water absorption < 3% EN 438-2.
