PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Alongside the project for the construction of the swimming pools at Camping Boltaña, the renovation of the bathrooms is also being carried out by installing sanitary cabins and phenolic countertops, providing a completely renewed image of the facilities for many years.
CABINS AND PARTITIONS C-7
The STAFF C-7 cabin model for toilets and showers is constructed with 12mm phenolic laminate. Phenolic laminate offers ideal properties, highly appreciated by users and camping owners, for this type of installation:
- It is fire-resistant and waterproof for everyone's safety.
- It has a non-porous, anti-bacterial surface.
- It is resistant to wear and impact, offering great durability.
- It repels dirt, making maintenance and cleaning easier.
- It is resistant to cleaning products and disinfectants, maintaining its original color, style, and design.
- Unlike other materials, it is unaffected by moisture.
A sober dark brown color was chosen to combine with the light colors of the other materials used in the installation: walls, floor, ceiling, etc.
Once manufactured in our Vacarissas facilities, they are supplied and assembled with vertical and horizontal aluminum profiles in STAFF finish in matte silver color, without rosettes on the wall, hinges without springs, knobs, locks with free/occupied indicator, adjustable feet, and stainless steel AISI 304 screws.
These structures are installed at a height of 1840 + 150 mm under a standard quality D-S2,d0 according to EN 13501-1 standard.
There is also the possibility, upon request, of B-S2,d0 (Ex M1) quality according to EN 13501-1 standard with a maximum deflection of 5.0 mm, density of 1.45 g/cm3 according to DIN 53479 standard, and water absorption < 3% according to EN 438-2 standard.
COUNTERTOPS
Manufacturing, supply, and installation of straight STAFF phenolic countertops in the same style and color as the cabins, thus ensuring the same guarantees of hygiene and durability.
These countertops are manufactured with a standard depth of 600 mm, with an upper splashback and lower skirting in 12-13 mm phenolic laminate, with a height of 100 mm. The sink holes are CNC machined according to the requested model, with a beveled edge. They are fixed with polyurethane adhesive and screws on a structure of stainless steel AISI 304 or black epoxy-painted steel, with a 30x30x1.5 mm tube and a 6 mm plate attached to the wall with stainless steel AISI 304 screws.
